The entrance leads immediately to a beautiful, very bright living area with sofa and kitchenette with a fully equipped open kitchen which has a hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, moka, kettle, various utensils and table. lunch; in the complete bathroom there is a shower cabin, sink, toilet and bidet.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the bedroom with two single bed.
In every room there is an air conditioner, the windows and shutters are motorized.
The house has a latest generation Smart TV and Fiber Wi-Fi. There are custom-made wardrobes and furniture to accommodate your personal effects. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided.
A hairdryer is also available.
There are no balconies or terraces.
The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people, and is the ideal accommodation for couples, families, friends and for business trips.
The house is obviously cleaned and disinfected at the end of each stay.
