Exceeded our expectations in every way!The apartment is open, bright, and beautifully designed, with natural light coming in from both the front entry courtyard and a rear courtyard (which is not accessible). It appears to have been recently renovated, yet it has retained all of its character and charm.The layout is exceptionally well thought out, making the apartment feel much larger than its footprint would suggest. Two separate mezzanines, each accessed by its own staircase, create distinct and functional spaces. One mezzanine above the dining area features a comfortable bedroom with its own TV, while the second includes a sofa bed and another TV, providing excellent flexibility for small families.The air conditioning was outstanding and kept the apartment comfortably cool, even during our stay when daytime temperatures reached 38C.The hosts made both check-in and check-out effortless. Their communication was proactive, and whenever we had a question, they responded almost immediately.Without hesitation, this was the best VRBO experience we’ve had to date. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.10/10.

Our first trip to Italy

Great place, great area, great stay

I had an excellent experience. The space is incredibly well-designed, offering a modern and cozy atmosphere. The new furniture gives the entire flat a fresh and stylish look, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The flat was spotless upon arrival, with excellent attention to cleanliness throughout my stay. It's also in a very convenient location, just a short walk to the city centre, which made exploring very easy. Additionally, the proximity to essential amenities like supermarkets and a pharmacy was a huge plus, all within a few minutes' walk. I would highly recommend this flat for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

This is beautiful modern comfortable apartment. It is quiet. Everything you need is here. Lots of restaurants. A nice neighbourhood. The square is lovely on Friday night which adds to the atmosphere of a neighbourhood where people know each other. Testaccio market is a 5 min walk. Fresh food, breakfast, restaurants, bar. Tram no 3 takes you to the tourist spots.Piramide metro station 10 min walk. Walk to Travesteri 10 mins. The host we lovely and can give advice. We will be back.
