The rehabilitation of this building earned Eduardo Souto de Moura, an architect, the Pritzker Prize. The 2017 European Prize for Intervention in Architectural Heritage. This room is shared with the kitchen, being an open space, it has a dining table for up to 6 people. The entrance window/door gives access to the outdoor terrace.

Kitchen: Equipped with various appliances, such as an electric hob, kettle, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, 'Delta Q' capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. Basic kitchen utensils.

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, both with double beds and wardrobes. Bed linen is provided.
