The location of the unit on the property is good. When sitting outside, the sun is with you most of the day. The pool was not open due to maintenance. We were only told this after we bought and paid for the apartment in full. The interior needs a makeover. Furniture in the small sitting/tv area needs to be replaced. The pull out sofa bed has a piece of plywood under the cushions making it most uncomfortable to sit on. Never mind an eye sore. The 2 chairs are worn and seats sink. Lightening is not conducive to reading or preparing meals. Light in the range hood does not work. Fridge door pops open. New towels would be a good thing as the ones on offer are threadbare. Floor matts should be replaced as well. All in all too bad as this property is in a great location in Tavira.
