This lovely villa is built on one level: on the ground floor you have a living room, open plan kitchen with dining area, guest toilet, cozy master bedroom en suite, in the separate area the villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite) and a toilet.

The living room is a very pleasant space as it is connected to the terrace by two large glass gliding doors that give you a beautiful view over the garden and the private pool.

The sitting area is composed of two large comfortable sofas and three armchairs and a coffee table. From here you may enjoy your TV show on the flat screen TV.

Many lamps with shades placed on the chests of drawers allow you to enjoy the space in the dim light. For your complete comfort there is underfloor heating in the bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed (180cmx200cm), a large wardrobe and nightstands with lamps. En suit bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bath.
From the master bedroom there is a door that open towards the terrace.
Two guest bedrooms with tables, wardrobes and flat TVs share a toilet and a family bathroom with shower cabin, double sink and toilet.
The third guest bedroom has a double bed (150cmx200cm), table, wardrobe, a flat screen TV and the en suite bathroom which has a shower, a sink and a toilet.

From here you may either enjoy the garden and pool views, or watch TV as the terrace has a flat screen TV. The dining area has a dining table for eight people. As the terrace has a dining table for eight people you may enjoy all your meals here.

The swimming pool (8x4m) surrounded by sun loungers is placed in the middle of the manicured garden and is easily accessible. On one the terrace there is a BBQ grill.

From the entry gates next to the parking there is a direct access to a lavatory with sink.
