Golf trip.

Matresses need replaced. Can feel springs. Only complaint worth mentioning.

We understand your concern regarding the mattresses and the discomfort you experienced from feeling the springs. Please be assured that we take your feedback seriously. We will take immediate action to address this. We will inspect the mattresses and arrange for their replacement with new, comfortable ones as soon as possible. Our goal is to ensure all our guests have a pleasant and restful stay. Thank you again for letting us know. Nice house - few problems

Overall this house was nice - The beds were fine and there was plenty of space for our group. One of the main reasons we booked this property was because the listing said that we would have our own "private heated pool" but when we arrived the pool was not heated. When we called the property management company we were told that it would be 300 to add heat to the pool. If we had known ahead of time that it cost extra we would have known to budget for that and/or selected a different house. I also messaged the owner prior to leaving for the trip to ask about a few things like whether or not beach/pool towels were available at the house and never got a response. We did contact the management company a few times during our stay (about an ant situation and a smoke detector that was beeping) and they were very nice and had someone come spray for bugs the same day but The smoke detector was not fixed. We also had an issue with the house losing power (just this house not the entire neighborhood) and we reached out to the management company (no response) and the owner (also no response). We ended up finding the main breaker outside and figuring out how to reset it. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but the pool heat and communication was less than ideal.

However, I sincerely apologize that several critical elements significantly deviated from the expected 'spec sheet' and impacted your experience. With over 25 years of experience managing properties in Florida, we take this feedback seriously and are already implementing corrective actions. Here’s the breakdown and our action plan: Pool Heat ("Heated Pool" Specification vs. Reality): I'm sorry for the significant discrepancy between the listing's specification of a "heated pool" and the reality of it being an optional, paid add-on ($300). This is a significant continuity error in our service description. We advise guests to pay in advance for pool heating, because we put it on for free a day earlier before they arrive. This was not done in this case. Action: We immediately conduct a full Quality Control (QC) audit of this property's listing across all platforms to ensure absolute clarity regarding pool heat (POOLHT_OPT) availability and associated costs. Our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for pre-arrival communication will be updated to proactively confirm guest choices on such amenities to prevent future misunderstandings. Communication Signal Loss (Pre-Trip & During Stay): The lack of response to your pre-trip inquiry and, more critically, during the power outage, represents an unacceptable signal loss in our communication channels. Both the owner node and our management channel failed to respond when needed. Action: We are running diagnostics on our communication workflow, reviewing CRM logs and on-call procedures to understand the breakdown during the power outage (PWR_FLT). We are reinforcing our internal SLAs for response times, especially for urgent issues. We will also address communication expectations directly with the property owner to ensure better sync. System Faults & Maintenance Response: Ants (ANT_CTRL): I'm pleased our team provided a rapid response for the pest control issue, demonstrating how our dispatch should function. Smoke Detector (SMK_DET_ERR): It is unacceptable that the beeping smoke detector wasn't resolved during your stay. This is a critical safety alert, akin to a corrupted file threatening the whole project. Action: This has been escalated. A technician has been dispatched for immediate diagnostics, repair, or replacement of the unit. We are also reviewing our maintenance ticketing system and escalation protocols (MAINT_ESC) to ensure safety-critical items are flagged and resolved without fail, possibly involving more rigorous EOD checks. Power Outage (PWR_FLT / Breaker): While I commend your resourcefulness in finding and resetting the main breaker (likely a GFCI trip), you should never have been put in that position due to non-responsiveness. Action: We are scheduling an inspection of the home's electrical panel and breakers to identify any underlying issues that may have caused the house-specific outage. Our emergency response SOP is under review to prevent recurrence of such support failures. Your detailed feedback serves as a crucial punch list.
