The outdoor spaces extend over an area of ​​approximately 600 sq.mt of completely fenced and very well-kept garden. In the garden in front of the villa there is a beautiful lawn as well as the rectangular swimming pool, measuring 8x3 with a depth of 1.25 metres. The solarium area around the swimming pool is furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs and cold water shower. At guests' disposal a beautiful gazebo equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dinners and a portable barbecue. Parking is located inside the property.Interior
Villa il Fienile is characterized by rustic furnishings typical of the area which create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, with attention to the smallest details to provide guests with every comfort. The entrance on the ground floor leads to the living room, furnished with sofas, large satellite TV and with outdoor access, large and very well equipped kitchen with dining area and direct outdoor access, 1 single bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 service bathroom. A beautiful internal staircase leads to the first floor where there is 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. 60 meters from the barn, near the reception, is the laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board) shared with other guests.

Location
The accommodation is located in a small hamlet in a hilly position with a splendid view of the surrounding countryside. Lamporecchio is just 3 km from the villa.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of October. The final cleaning fee must be paid upon check-in by credit card only. For a larger number of guests it is possible to rent, together with Villa il Fienile, the adjacent Villa l'Uliveta, for a total of 13 people and with 2 private swimming pools. Access via 1 km of dirt road in good condition.
Arrivals must be between 3.00pm and 7.00pm.
