XXV Aprile Downtown by Wonderful Italy

Dear guest, we are sorry that the apartment did not meet your expectations and that you decided not to continue your stay. We have taken note of your comments regarding ventilation, the perceived humidity smell and the fans, and we will carry out the necessary checks to assess where intervention is needed. We regret that we were not given the opportunity to verify the situation and assist you during the stay before your decision to leave the apartment. Regarding air conditioning, we would like to clarify that it is not listed among the available facilities in the apartment description. We understand, however, that its absence may have affected your comfort during particularly warm days. Thank you for your feedback. The Wonderful Italy Team
