Welcome to Can Pau, a very modern and comfortable holiday rental nestled in the peaceful residential area of Mas Altaba, in Fogars De Tordera, Spain. Built in 2007 and fully renovated in 2024, this elegant 2-storey villa offers a refined retreat in a quiet, sunny setting surrounded by private villas, just 300 metres from the edge of the forest. The property sits on a fully fenced plot of 1,000 m2, where a beautifully maintained yard invites you to unwind in complete privacy. The kidney-shaped swimming pool, measuring 7 x 3 metres with a depth ranging from 125 to 170 cm, is available seasonally from 1 May to 31 October, providing a refreshing centrepiece to the outdoor space. The kidney-shaped swimming pool, with its dimensions of 7 x 3 metres and a depth ranging from 125 to 170 cm, is accessible from 1 May to 31 October, offering a perfect setting for leisurely swims throughout the warmer months.

Inside the house, you will find a playroom and a dedicated storage room for bicycles, making the property well suited for active stays and family visits. The neighbourhood is described as highly sensitive to noise, and quietness along with good behaviour is expected from all guests at all times. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is permitted at the holiday house.

On the main floor, you will find a spacious and bright living and dining area furnished with a dining table and a digital television, as well as direct access to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. This floor also features 1 double bedroom with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complete with air conditioning, as well as 2 additional bedrooms, each furnished with 1 pull-out bed accommodating 2 persons with dimensions of 2 x 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also benefiting from air conditioning. A shower room with WC serves this level.
On the lower ground floor, you will discover 2 further double bedrooms, each appointed with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
