This delightful 42 m2 duplex offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city. It is located on the 3rd floor and has lift access.

Please note the building has two elevators. Elevator 1 is currently out of service and cannot be repaired, as it will be replaced. At the moment, only Elevator 2 is operational, which is located just after the first flight of stairs.

The living space features a lovely sitting area, a couch where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city, and a dining table. There is also access to a lovely balcony to take advantage of the sunlight.

The kitchen provides essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, including a cooking plate, oven, microwave and coffee machine. A dishwasher and a washing machine are also available.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The bedroom is up some stairs and modernly decorated. It includes a double bed and multiple storage spaces. The bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens for your comfort.

Professional cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This area is centrally located in Lisbon, close to several key attractions. Just a short walk away is Campo Pequeno, a historic bullring now used for concerts and events, with a shopping centre and restaurants below. The nearby Gulbenkian Museum, one of Lisbon's top cultural sites, showcases a vast collection of art and is surrounded by beautiful gardens.

For outdoor relaxation, Eduardo VII Park is about a 20-minute walk away, offering stunning city views. Avenida da República, a lively area filled with cafes, shops, and restaurants, is also nearby, providing easy access to public transport and more of Lisbon’s vibrant atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Roma, is just an 8-minute walk away; Areeiro is a 10-minute walking distance; and Entre Campos is 13 minutes away.

In Avenida Roma (Piscina) - 170mts: Bus Lines 206, 735, 736, and 767.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 9-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
