Covenient with multiple bedrooms

Simple apartment but very suitable for company looking for several (three) bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Small but clean and good value for money.

Perfect for large group, close to Olympia.

Ideal for our group of 6. Short walk to the Olympia, good location. Alexander was excellent as a host, very good communicator. He also met us at check-in to show us round. The place has 3 bedrooms, kitchen and a nice garden space to relax. Just what we needed.P.S. Tesco is just below and there is a short cut through the building in case you need to stock up on supplies.

The house is very nice, clean and close to everything. Very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets. There is a Tesco supermarket downstairs with a coffee shop in it . And walking distance to Earls court and other shopping/ eating areas within 10 minutes. And bus stop downstairs and train station within waking distance. I had a mobility scooter and access to the house was easy though the elevator . The host Alexander is very nice, helpful and responds very quickly and even offered to come and help load our luggage when we were leaving. We highly recommended this house .

London Stay

Good location. Comfortable beds. Does not have a clothes dyer as advertised, Had to put clothes on a rack to dry at night. Kitchen did not have sauce pans, and fry pans were warped and bent. Knife set was poor quality. Had a brand new Fridge. Bathrooms were good. I am giving the 3 star because of the dryer. It was one of reasons I picked this flat. Very disappointed it did not have one.

The apartment has some major issues that need to be addressed. Firstly, it was not cleaned properly upon our arrival. There were significant problems with storage—wardrobes or cupboards were missing or inaccessible in two rooms, and the only one available was initially filled with pillows and other items. Alessandro kindly emptied it for us, which we appreciated. The "fitness area" is misleading—it is just a single pull-up bar placed on a messy terrace that looks more like a storage or dumping area. While the apartment is well-located, not far from public transport and conveniently close to a large supermarket, the reality does not align with the photos. Better cleaning, maintenance, and functionality checks of the apartment and its devices should be carried out before assigning it to guests.

Er war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Lage ist super, ganz in der Nähe von Kensington Highstreet.Die wohnen war sehr gut geschnitten und wir hatten eine große Terrasse.Die Wohnung war alles andere als sauber. Wir mussten beim Tesco Putzmittel kaufen und erst sauber machen. Es war alles schmutzig und Haare auf dem Boden,Dusche, Waschbecken war sehr, sehr dreckig. Hoffe das auch was das betrifft geputzt wird. Es wäre traurig wenn sie das nicht ändern.

Nous avions bien communiqué avec l'hôte avant de venir. Nous avons été bien accueillis. Visite succincte de l'appartement. Ensuite nous avons découvert que la porte qui accédait à la terrasse ne fermait pas à clé, les fenêtres s'ouvraient très difficilement et une fenêtre ne se refermait pas du tout donc nous avons prévenu l'hôte mais il nous dit de ne pas nous inquiéter pour les fenêtres.Nous constatons par la.suite que le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas donc lui envoyons un message puis deux mais l'hôte nous répond Ok mais ne remédie pas au problème. Nous avons donc était contraint d'acheter la nourriture au jour le jour...Dommage car le reste de l'appartement était bien ainsi que la localisation.
