Beds were comfortable, home was VERY clean. Safe & secure location and access. Quieter neighborhood for central London, located near a 24-hr Tesco, bus stop, tube station. Loved the nespresso machine. Overall, wonderful stay. Do not recommend for young families or people with mobility issues because of the layout (2 flights of stairs without safety rails). Worked really well for us with our young adult & teen because you could watch TV without disturbing others. Host was flexible regarding luggage dropoff. Checkout the nearby pubs for trivia nights, Monday 50% off mains etc.

Very good location, clean and good amount of space, well decorated. Linens seemed old and maintenance could be improved in the bathroom - sticky shower faucets and loose wash tub fixtures

Great location. 10-15 minute walk to underground. 20-30 minute walk to all main attractions in London. Close enough if you want to Uber back to the place it wont cost too much approx 50-60 pounds. Plenty of room for us and 2 kids. Communication with owner was great. Fast responses. Very helpful and friendly. Little loud due to being by a main street, but not wouldnt keep me from staying here again. Overall great place.

The location was convenient due to tube proximity but the property's description was severely lacking. Upon entering the property there is a long flight of stairs to get to the door of the apartment. Then the apartment itself is on 3 floors with the primary bedroom and the only bathroom on the third floor. In other words 4 flights of stairs from the front door to the bedroom and bathroom - all with luggage. Also there were no instructions left for the kitchen appliances and the microwave in particular was impossible to figure out. While the property is promoted as accomodating 6 people, there is no space that would accommodate more than 2 people for dining.

Appartement bien situé. À 4 min du métro environ. Sûr 3 étages (donc avec escalier), 2 chambres spacieuses et grande salle de bain. Le troisième couchage est un clic clac qui mesure 120 cm. Donc le couchage est plus pour 5 personnes. Il n y a pas de placard dans chaque chambre. L appartement est situé à une intersection et il y a donc les bruits de la circulation. Il y a aussi un club de jazz juste à côté. Nos enfants s endorment facilement donc il n y a pas eu de gêne. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse qui nous a permis de manger aussi dehors. La cuisine est petite et manger à 6 à l intérieur est limite. Pour faire à manger (nous étions 5), il manque aussi quelques casseroles (il y a juste 1 poêle et 2 petites casseroles), donc trop juste.

Nice flat noisy neighborhood

The flat has a lot of stairs. Outside patio area is nice. Bedrooms were clean and spacious. Bathroom was huge. It was really warm when we visited and it was too busy of an intersection (traffic noise) to keep the windows open at night for airflow. Close to a tube station which was nice and some of the best meals we had this trip we’re at pubs close by.

Great London flat

Matthew was an excellent host who was helpful from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to help us search for items we forgot at home. The tube is about a 4 minute walk and there are plenty of good local pubs and international food nearby. There wereseveral fans which were incredibly welcome for our family of 5 sleeping at night. The nicest touch was the apartment came with some basic necessities like soap, shampoo, paper towels and cooking essentials that you don’t always find in a rental. Overall it was a great stay.

Short London stopover

We were only there two days. We were surprised that the apartment started on the second floor so many stairs. With the bathroom on the top floor, it was hard for my dad to use. While the apartment is nice and will work for many, we were glad to only have two days there between the many stairs and no AC.

Location and discretion is not accurate

In the description it say very lard …. It is actually not just small it is very very small apartment which is Alia very uncomfortable as the 3 room are in top of each other and the restroom is in the top floors. I would not recommend this place. My kids and parents who were vacationing with us were very unhappy as soon as they saw the accommodation. Not to mention the description of the location is inaccurate it is far from the main destinations even though it say 3-4 min.

Decent flat in london

Apartment as described. Fairly clean, nice size bedrooms. Roof top was nice but very urban with pigeons of course. Would be very hot in summer. May was quite warm/hot in upstairs bedrooms.

Great Stay in London

This was a perfect place for our trip to London. It was just far enough away to have quiet nights, but close enough for a quick ride to anywhere we wanted to go. It had everything we needed with plenty of towels. Thank you for hosting us. Also the host was very responsive and made our check in experience even better.

Close to Everything

Great stay at the flat. Space for my family of 4 to spread out when needed. Unit is 3 stories. Family room on first floor, kitchen and twin beds on second floor and king bed and only bathroom on third floor. Kitchen well equipped to make breakfast through dinner. 5 minute walk to either Elephant and Castle, or Kennington tube stops. We also used the bus service with a stop 1 minute from the apt. Would stay here again for sure.
