気になった点 : 清潔度、施 設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
Although the property itself has potential, with its spacious open plan lounge area. The company managing it are a shambles. Only supplying one towel in a two bedroom apartment with two people.
Waiting 3 days for a response to be told ‘it will be with you in the near future’ then trying to get extra money in any way shape or form that they can. Starting with a late check in which was charged at 30 euros but on arrival tried to charge 35 eventhough there was a lockbox!
The apartment hadn’t been cleaned with hairs in the sink / bedding it did not feel to a cleanly standard. With a foul smell coming from the bathroom, I had to keep the door shut for my stay. The beds were all rock hard however the cushions were atleast comfortable. The outdoor terrace is the highlight of this property and the pool area, however towels for the pool are also not supplied.
I would for these reasons not recommend this apartment, unless a new management take over and sort it out.
