Excellent communication with the host’ met at the apartment and shown round’ lovely clean apartment’ everything you needed for a great stay’ pool area nice supermarket 2 mins away restaurants and bars as well’ bus stop 2 min away. Lovely area of Tenerife away from the touristy areas. El madano and los abrigos are both fantastic places .

nice family vacation

great place, clean, comfortable... nice garden - especially kids loved it. very close to shops and restaurants. didn.'t have chance to swim in a pool, but great to have it anyway :-)

Lovely place away from the crowds

A cracking flat next to restaurants and supermarket with a swimming pool a few sgeps away. A short stroll to the beach. Great and helpful host

Tenerife in February

We found a very nice and clean little appartement with a small but nice garden. A very good place to go to the beach or explore the island. David is a very understandable and serious host. We had a great stay and would recommend this place to other couples.

La casa está muy bien, limpia el colchón muy bueno. La única pega es que tenía poco menaje le faltaban unas copas, trapo de cocina ,bayeta algún táper..

Gracias por tu comentario Sonia. Siento leer lo del menaje. Ningún huésped anterior me había advertido de la necesidad de más artículos de menaje. Tal y como te dije si necesitabas cualquier cosa solo tenías que habérmela pedido. En concreto copas, bayetas, etc, no hubiera habido ningún problema en suministrártelas y más teniendo en cuenta que fue una estancia de una semana. Tuppers sí que es verdad que no tengo dado el carácter de alquiler de corta duración pero lo tendré en cuenta. Para la próxima ocasión solo tienes que solicitármelo. Un saludo y hasta otra ocasión.

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Ruhige, gepflegte Anlage mit Pool. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Strand bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür.Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Enjoyable holiday but could have been made better

Apartment lovely and clean, well equipped and everything there that we needed. Balcony was lovely to sit in during the morning, but due to the garden that needed to be cut back, no sun on the garden past lunchtime. Also, from us arriving to leaving, the pool was not available, even though the sign ststed being maintained from the 17th to the 19th (our holiday was the 22ns until the 1st) When we were met at the apartment to gain access, we asked about this and got met by a shrug, and no further investigation

Dear Karen. Thank you for your comments. I would like to apologize for what happened with the pool. As you say, the information of the closure shown was the one that had been communicated to the owners, from 17 to 19, without having received other information. So my surprise was the same as yours when I saw the pool closed. After check in I called the administration and they explained that the damage was more serious than initially planned. Then, as I had told you, I had to take a plane and I could not tell you this fact. Subsequently, I did not receive any message from him throughout the stay (I always tell my guests that please if they have any problem send me a message or call me) asking about the pool. In the same way if you had warned me, in a half hour you could have pruned a plant if it bothered you. One always hopes to do his best but infallibility does not exist. I hope that despite this, I enjoyed the sea and the wonderful beaches nearby. Sincerely, until another time.

Nice appartment but with construction noise from the neighboorhood

The appartment and the whole complex were very nice. Unfortunaletly, it was not mentioned to us before that there are several construction sites in the direct neighboorhood. Due to the construction noise the terrace was unfortunately not useable during the day.

Aconsejo este apartamento todo muy limpio muy buenas condiciones y el trato ya ninle digo nada mas yegar como yegavamos tarde david (andres) nos recibio con la manos abierta nos estaba esperando apesar de hora ke yegamos y tubo un detallazo nos compro algo de comida y bebida para cuando yegamos eso fue todo un detallazo eso no lo hace cualquiera el trato fue superior y muy buen agrado el sitio encantador y muy tanquilo todo muy limpio os lo aconsejo de corazon

Estancia perfecta.

Apartamento muy tranquilo y espacioso, con wi-fi, televisión de pantalla plana y un enorme jardín para descansar y tomar el Sol. A unos pasos de la playa de la Tejita y el Centro Comercial La Tejita. Todo lo necesario para descansar y desconectar sin necesidad de coche. Vacaciones perfectas y ninguna queja. Apartamento muy equipado sin echar en falta de nada. Recomendado 100% y con ganas de repetir.

Perfecto

Pasamos casi el mes de agosto completo en esta propiedad. Nos encantó el equipamiento así como las zonas ajardinadas y las piscinas. El nuevo centro comercial a menos de cien metros también es una comodidad a la hora de comprar o ir a cenar con mucha oferta. Los propietarios siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier necesidad. Repetiriamos sin dudarlo.

Exactly as we wanted and hoped :)

Everything was perfect for us. The apartment is in a superb location, is clean, attractive and has everything we needed. We always enjoyed coming 'home' in the evening after a day out! David was very friendly and helpful too...I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return some day :)

Perfekter Standort für einen schönen Urlaub

Eine sehr sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Appartment mit einem sehr netten Besitzer, der einem in allen Fragen hilft. Der längste (und schönste) Naturstrand Teneriffas ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso die Autostrasse. Zum Abendessen ist man gleich in Los Abrigos mit seinen Fischrestaurants bzw. El Medano mit einem breiten Gastronomieangebot. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!!

Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar. Effektiv Medano Küche ist vielfältig und die Fische in den Mänteln ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Von da an bis zum Strand zu Fuß ist einer der Mehrwerte der mein Eigentum. Ich hoffe, wieder zu sehen, wird bienrecibidos sein!

Semana de relax en La Tejita

Hemos pasado unos dias muy tranquilos,el apartamento grande y el jardin muy bonito con arboles y plantas. Tuvimos suerte con el tiempo. Se puede caminar por la montaña roja, que nos encanto y recorrer las playas cercanas. El Medano,muy cerca y bares, restaurantes, tiendas surferas... etc,... Unas vacaciones para recordar

Hemos estado unos días en el apartamento de el Médano un matrimonio y una niña de dos años. El apartamento estaba muy límpio y teniamos todo lo necesario para nuestra comodidad. Tiene un jardín y unas piscinas donde disfrutar (una para adultos enorme y una para niños) ya que el tiempo acompañó todos los días La playa de la Tejita y la montaña roja son impresionantes y se puede ir a ellas dando un pequeño paseo. Además, David nos facilitó la vida muchísimo. Gracias David!!! Un saludo de Carmen, Alejandra y Marco

Sehr zu empfehlen, ich bin superzufrieden

Meine Erwartungen waren übertroffen, super gemütliche Anlage, toll gepflegt, modern und mit Geschmack ausgestattet. Besonders ist natürlich der wunderschöne Garten mit blühenden Pflanzen, Schmetterlinge, Hummel und Vögel:-)Der vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereitt, ich fühlte mich gut betreut. In der Nähe sind viele Möglichket für verschiedene sportliche Aktivitäten, für Natur geniessen, die nah liegende Bucht ist perfekt fürs Baden, Laufen, Abendspaziergänge und Nachtsbaden beim Mondlicht. Oft kann man Meeresläuchten sehen, wenn man nachts ins Wasser geht, zauberhaft! Zu Fuß ist auch El Medano zu erreichen, da gibt es viel Freizeitagebote für die Tage aber auch für die Abende fürs Feiern. Ich kann es nur immer weiter empfehlen.

Unos días de relax

Los días de vacaciones en el apartamento han sido maravillosos. El alojamiento estaba limpio, muy cómodo y con un amplio jardín que daba a la casa un espacio de relajación y frescura. Las instalaciones están muy bien, sobre todo la piscina, a pesar del viento constante propio de la zona. El sitio te permite realizar actividades de ocio, principalmente senderismo por la multitud de senderos de alrededor y cuyo punto culminante es la subida a la cima de Montaña Roja. El único inconveniente es la lejanía de zonas para comprar cosas básica, agua, pan, etc. Teniendo que disponer de vechículo para desplazarse hacia el Médano, núcleo más cercano. En general, todo muy bien. Espero volver pronto!
