Panoramic views, exposed beams and Italian marble set this central Cannes designer loft apart. A stones throw from the Palais, sandy beaches and bustling brasseries with views over the rooftops of ‘La banane’ and out to sea this architect designed haven is a true hidden gem.
Fully renovated in 2022, with no expense spared, this designer loft is the perfect luxury conference accommodation or weekend retreat.
A large sun drenched lounge with panoramic views, designer furniture and 65" top of the range TV, leads onto an open plan quartz kitchen with further views over the rooftops of Cannes and out to sea. With Nespresso machine, Bosch appliances, twin fridges and dishwasher, the kitchen is fully equipped for even the most demanding chef.
Off the kitchen is a spacious bathroom with walk in shower, heated towel rail and hardwood furniture.
The Master bedroom also leads off the kitchen, with a King size bed, views over cannes and out to sea and large built in wardrobe. The bedroom also has a designated workspace, with antique desk and designer leather chair.
Minimum booking duration applies to all conference bookings. Please enquire for details.

→ No elevator, not recommended for people with reduced mobility - 3 flights of stairs from street level.
→The back of the property is near to a main road. This won't affect you at all as the windows are double glazed.
