The Space:
A tour of the place‍

On the rear-side of this residential building, away from the street road traffic, you’ll find these is apartment, half a story up with elevator access if needed. Outside the apartment is a big private terrace with direct access from the open living room and kitchen area.

Entering through the main door is a small entrance area for hanging jackets and leaving your shoes. Straight ahead is the sparkling clean bathroom with a spacious shower and washer and dryer.

To your left is the master bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, pillow selection and plenty space for a baby-bed if needed. There is a built in full size closet for all your clothes.

To your right the open and bright living area with a well sized kitchen fully equipped for small dinner parties for the entire family. To relax there are lounging chairs and a high quality couch that folds out to a comfortable queen size bed. The 43” flat screen TV is connected with an Apple TV and free Netflix account. The Wi-Fi is supported by a high speed connection.

A beautiful steel and glass wall separates the living area from the second bedroom with another king-size bed that does split into singles if preferred. A 43" TV also with Apple TV connected at the end of the bed for those lazy Sundays.

The Neighborhood:
THE AREA

The northern part of Amager Strandvej is the latest addition to this new and upcoming residential area by Copenhagen's popular beachfront Amager Strand. It’s a quiet neighbourhood mostly populated by nature-loving families still wanting to be close to the city center with just 3 stops on the Metro to Kongens Nytorv.

Restaurants, bars and cafes are starting to pop up but the biggest attraction is the secluded beach gardens across the street and of course the massive beach front area up the road.
