Apartment Eulalija- One-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Sea View

Apartment Eulalija is located in quiet part of Dubrovnik, Lapad. The property is a 5 minute ride away from the Old Town with a bus stop just across the street. There is a free public parking at a location near by. Overlooking the Adriatic sea this lovely apartment with a furnished terrace is perfectly fit for up to five people. It features free WiFi, air conditioning as well as SAT LCD TV. The open space living room comes with sofa and sitting area, and it is combined with the equipped kitchen and dining area. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, free toiletries (soap and toilet paper), towels as well as bed linens are provided. Grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, ATM's, banks, bakeries and pharmacies can be reached within 500 meters. The nearest beach is located just 650 meters away from the property. The main bus station and ferry port are 3 km away, while the airport is 20 km away from Apartment Eulalija.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
