Apartments Minerva - One Bedroom Apartment (A2)

Apartments Minerva are located in the Old Town, only steps away from the Stradun promenade. Luggage storage before check in and after check out are available, so that you can explore the town a bit more before departure. A city tax of 1.40€ per person per night will be collected at the property in cash upon arrival. This modern one bedroom apartment is a perfect fit for up to two persons. It offers free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and LCD cable TV. Apartment also includes seating area, fully equipped kitchenette with dining area, private bathroom fitted with shower and washing machine. The UNESCO-protected Old Town offers many landmark sites such as the Gothic-Renaissance Sponza Palace, Orlando’s Column and Onofrio’s Fountain. A cable car with panoramic views of Dubrovnik and the nearby islands is 500 meters away from apartments Minerva. Restaurants, night clubs, and grocery stores are in the immediate vicinity of the Minerva. Banje, Dubrovnik’s most popular pebbly beach with a great view of the Old Town, is within a 700-metre reach. Dubrovnik bus station and Dubrovnik ferry port, with links to numerous Dalmatian islands, are at a distance of 3 km. Dubrovnik Airport is 15 km from the Minerva Apartment.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

This apartment is well located right at the centre of the town, You can get nice restaurant just beliw the street which is just perfect, There is also market available just right down of the street, Everything is great here, Dont miss it! It is close to the main street in the Old Town and close to many bars and restaurants, The only portion that may be different for some are the stairs, but there are stairs all around Dubrovnik, The host was very friendly and met us at the Apartment although our ferry was thirty minutes delayed, We didn't have to contact her aside from check-in, but she provided us with her contact information in case of any questions, The apartment itself was much better than expected, It is a two room apartment with a living room and bedroom and even has a decent sized kitchenette that is well-stocked, We did run into an issue where someone blew a fuse in the downstairs apartment, but the gentleman that lives across the hall from where we were staying graciously fixed it very quickly,
