Apartments Franka Old Town - One Bedroom Apartment

Apartments Franka Old Town offers self-catering accommodation situated in the heart of The Old Town, surrounded by City Walls. Property features 2 accommodation units. Free WiFi and air conditioning are provided.

This one bedroom apartment features living room with double sofa bed and bedroom with large double bed. It is perfect fit for up to 3 people. Living room comes with seating area and flat screen SAT TV. Fully equipped kitchen comes with oven, stove, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, extractor, toaster and dining area. Apartment feature private bathroom with shower, hair dryer, toilet paper, soap and free toiletries. Ironing facilities and safety deposit box are provided. Property features air conditioning and free WiFi.

Property is located just 100 meters from the nearest beach Porporela and 700 m away from the popular beach Banje, with many more of them in surrounding area and beautiful island Lokrum just a 15 minute boat ride away. There is an open-air green market and other shops within walking distance, as well as a bakery, banks and ATMs, cafes, bars and restaurants with local and other cuisines. Famous night club Revelin, located inside the old fort, is just 400 meters away. There is no need for public transit while you're staying here, but if you want to see other parts of the town, for example peaceful Lapad Bay, you can get there in a 10 minute drive. Taxi and bus station are 5 minute walk away from the property.

Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 15 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 19 km away.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Plus, being so close to the Old Town was a huge plus, Just a short walk to cafes and the beach, Would definitely stay again!

The Franka one bedroom apartment is a lovely ground floor apartment close to the cathedral and small harbour in Dubrovnik Old Town. It is an easy walk through town even with luggage as there is only one small set of stairs to climb. The place was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning, a large shower and a terrific host that we even hired to drive us to the airport. Only small issue was our host did not receive our time of arrival from the third party booking system even though we provided it. He was very responsive when we called him though so it was not a problem. I highly recommend this apartment and the location.
