Business stay

We used the house for a place to stay while were weee at a business conference. It was accommondating for our needs and the location was convenient for our event and proximity to the airport.

Girl's Trip 2023 Dallas

Enjoyed our time in Dallas. Our property with excellent everything was great. Very nice and clean. Very spacious. The property owner was very professional. Respectful would recommend this property. The neighborhood was very well kept. Close to the airport and a lot of the attractions. We'll be back soon

Good Value

This home is very close to DFW which made it ideal for checking in and out. You don't hear airport noise, but in the backyard you can hear some minor highway sound. We did not find that bothersome. The interior felt larger than the pictures show. Plenty of room to spread out. Not many extra pillows so bring your own if you are picky. Manager is responsive and the place is well maintained. It is reasonably priced and a good value. We would stay again.

Stay away

Long story short: Tinu Chacko, the owner, called me the day before our check-in to inform me the house is unavailable due to water damage, but he had another house available. We checked in that house and on our last evening in Dallas, a pipe burst and caused a significant amount of water to be in a one section of the house. Tinu came over right away and informed us that the rats are chewing through the pipes and this was the third time in less than 6 weeks that has happened. He had another house available, so we spent our last evening relocating, which caused us to cancel our plans and miss a relative's party. When asked for a small reimbursement for a huge inconvenience, he became irate. His tone, volume, body language, and stereotypical comments were unprofessional and disrespectful. The house was infested with rats and that information was not disclosed to us. I would NEVER recommend his property to anyone.

Great home in a upscale neighborhood

My wife and I, along with our daughter and her family, stayed in this wonderful home during our recent visit to the Dallas area. We found the home to be well equipped to meet our needs with 4 adults and 5 grandchildren staying in the home. The home is conveniently located and accessible to major highways and yet is located in a new, quiet, upscale neighborhood. It has a large fenced backyard where the children could be safely outside playing. There is also a very nice park just a very short walk away that has lots of amenities for the children. We cooked and ate most of our meals at the home and made good use of both the kitchen and the gas grill on the back patio. All of the appliances we used were in good working order. The furniture throughout the home was in good condition. The beds were comfortable and it appears that most of the mattresses and bedding were in like new condition. The bathroom linens were in good shape and there were plenty available for our stay, The home was very clean and comfortable. The owner was a great communicator and provided text messages with useful information on trash day and check-in and check-out instructions. Overall we had a great experience with this home and would definitely stay again if we happen to be find ourselves back in the Dallas/Fort Worth area again in the future.

graduation weekend

The house was exactly what was listed. I was a little worried prior to our stay with all the instructions as there was more than one set of instructions and some of the information was contradictory. However, the owner quickly answered all of my questions, and was very responsive to questions we had while there. The checkout process is the easiest of anywhere we have stayed, and for that alone I would definitely stay again. Also loved having a garage. I have had my catalytic converters stolen my last 2 trips to Dallas so this was a very valuable amenity to us. Thanks for a great stay.

Close to Airport and Gaylord, excellent stay!

This is a very nice house near the airport for convenience as well as a few miles from the Gaylord convention center. This is the 2nd time staying here and were again impressed with the service from the owner as well as the smooth check in and out and availability from the owner. Tinu also checked in on us a few times via text to make sure the stay was to our standards. I would highly recommend this for anyone staying in the area or for anyone attending a convention at the Gaylord but not wanting to pay the very high room rate at the Gaylord. Highly recommend and will be back for our future endeavors to the greater Dallas Fort Worth area!

Nice Place Easy Access

Everything was really nice with easy access. I would make one recommendation, the master bed could use a mattress pad with a pillow top. The bed is extra firm. Otherwise a perfect stay!!
