Had a little issue with the front door code and waiting for response from management, just had to wait outside for roughly 40 minutes. Other than that it is very clean and neighborhood is peaceful, the pool felt really good and we were able to spend the 100 degree days out side. Plenty of shade and seating outside. This house is loaded with technology, from appliances to the tv and fans. Snacks were waiting and there were plenty of towels as well as complimentary toothbrush and tooth paste. Only complaint is the cooling system didnt seem to work in the common area and game room, but we were not inside during the day nighttime was fine. Bedrooms were cool at night, I would recommend bringing a couple good fans. Hopefully the owner will provide in the future. If we are ever in the area again this place will definitely be on the list for summer fun!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BOOK THIS LISTING!!!!! Front door code did not work. Was told by VRBO to wait an hour to see if the owner responds. He did not. Ended up being left with no way to book another home and my family displaced to a hotel when we had shown up with a weekends worth of groceries. I have to wait for my refund to process and also pay for 2nd rental we had to get for the following day. I am honestly disappointed that the listing is not removed. Worst experience I have ever had with VRBO!

Very disappointed about the pool as it is a showcase piece front and center in the ad for the property. We were told the motor but the pool was neon green and the sediment built up was clear the pool was not maintained for some time.Rooms were clean but many lamps in rooms were not plugged in. No easy to access plugs for cell phone chargers or other electronics. No garbage receptacles to place access waste in and no additional garbage bags for kitchen garbage.
This is after we used the pool net tool to remove a good amount of leaves
Concrete patio broken up and loose pieces everywhere.
