Apartment Lolo is located in Montovjerna area, a quite popular part of town because it is situated only 10 minutes ride from the beautiful Lapad Bay as well as 10 minutes away from the historic Old Town. If you prefer having everything you need for a perfect vacation in a neighborhood, this location is the perfect choice for you.

The apartment features two bedrooms and WiFi throughout the property, which makes this place perfect for a nice family or friends vacation. It will also provide you with a lovely furnished private loggia overlooking the street.
Parking is available on the street.

Apartment Lolo features free WiFi, air-conditioning as well as LCD SAT TV. It will also provide you with a lovely furnished private loggia overlooking the street. This lovely two bedroom apartment comes with an open space living room combined with a kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, dining area, and water kettle. This apartment can accommodate up to four people. It is on the ground floor.
The washing machine, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer are also at guests' disposal.

The part of the town where this apartment is located is very popular because everything you may need is near the accommodation and guests can reach Old Town in less then 10 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk. Grocery store, bus station, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in 200 meters range, as well as bakeries and ATMs. Nearest beach is 5 minutes walk from the apartment - Bellevue or Libertas Beach. In the building you will find a market. Bus stop with direct lines to Old Town and Lapad Bay is next to the property.

Dubrovnik bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 15 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 25 km away.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
