We are delighted to offer this modern 3-bedroom house - beautifully designed, making the most of the stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean. A truly tranquil location, Ideal for families. The house is set off the main road in proximity to beautiful beaches such as Dolan, Dogs Bay, Gurteen and Coral Strand.



Leave the hustle and bustle of city life behind you and escape to the tranquil location of Dolan. Newly built, modern, family-friendly property; with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. This property is situated ideally between the villages of Roundstone and Ballyconneely and is a 15-minute drive from Clifden town centre



Campbells Cottage offers the following:-





Very spacious and bright open plan reception room with comfy couches 2 x 2 leather seater & 1 armchair with open fireplace, TV. There is a large dining table which seats 6 with a sliding door leading to a BBQ area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances (dishwasher, microwave, electric hob & double oven, large fridge/freezer) and tiled flooring.



Master bedroom with king-size bed & ensuite shower room. Wooden flooring and ample natural sunlight).



2 further bedrooms with double beds.



Family bathroom



Campbells Cottage is pet friendly, and offers a highchair, travel cot, hairdryer, Smart TV, outdoor furniture & BBQ.

A place to enjoy the views

Campbell's cottage is a very well appointed bungalow in a perfect location for exploring Connemara. If you love tranquility and beautiful views then look no further. From one side you view the atlantic ocean across amazing rocks and bog scattered with sheep, hares and many wild birds. From the other side you can view the 12 Bens in all their splendour. The living area is very spacious, light and comfortable. The bedrooms are very well furnished with lovely bedding and plenty of storage.

Peaceful retreat felt like a family home

Walking though the fields and mahair to the very quiet beach. A very welcoming house to come back to, spacious rooms and well stocked with equipment in the kitchen. Day trips to the national park hills, the smokers, Clifden, and all the coast roads, which made us appreciate the area but also value how quiet this place is after the busier tourist places.. Driving to the next beach north to watch the sunset. Lovely house well suited to it's environment and a great base for our adventures. Hot water caught is out a couple of times, perhaps add a timer on the immersion (or leave boiler on hot water mode in summer?) Not a major issue but took a bit of getting used to. There was quite a bit of food (condiments etc) passed down from previous occupants, which was really useful, but some clear notes about that would have been useful to help us know what / if we were expected to use and what we were expected not to touch.
