The location is unbeatable: just minutes from the motorway that connects to Málaga and other inland destinations, you'll have easy access to natural excursions and the vibrant urban life of the Costa del Sol. Furthermore, you'll find supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses within a short distance, as well as beaches and water parks for the whole family.



The exterior of the house features a fenced garden, private swimming pool and barbecue area where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The plot includes garden furniture, children's area and open-air parking in the same building. Tranquillity and privacy are guaranteed in this space surrounded by nature and mountain views.



On the ground floor, with direct access from the garden, you will find a spacious dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen (includes fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more), ideal for sharing family moments. On this same floor there is a bathroom with a shower tray.



Going up to the first floor, you will have three additional bedrooms, a lounge with television and a bathroom with a bathtub. This level also offers a cosy porch where you can relax whilst enjoying the landscape with a good book or a cup of tea. On the top floor, the jewel of the house: a spacious bedroom with a private terrace, double bed and en suite bathroom with a shower tray, which guarantees warm rest and impressive views.



The house is equipped with air conditioning and heat pump heating, mosquito nets on all windows, washing machine, dryer and fireplace so you can enjoy all seasons of the year in complete comfort.
