There’s also an additional covered dining table and a chill-out area under the front porch, directly accessible from the kitchen, offering more space for relaxation and socializing.



Inside, the ground floor opens into a spacious and elegantly decorated living area, featuring an open-plan lounge and dining room. With large windows overlooking the pool and gardens, natural light floods the space, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Please note, this room does not have air conditioning but is equipped with a large fan. The second and third bedrooms are on a split level, with the second offering a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and bath. The third bedroom also has twin beds, air conditioning, access to the garden, and an en-suite bathroom. The master suite, located on the first floor, boasts a king-size bed, air conditioning, a walk-in wardrobe, access to a private terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath.

Please note, there are additional costs associated with your stay. A tourist tax will apply, and a refundable damage deposit of €1,000 is required, which will be charged 7 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be collected via credit card and reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
