Stayed with kids A true James Bond hideaway- carved into the rocks of Pollenca,. A great location from which to easily access the beaches and the town, but also quiet and removed into the hillside. The spectacular views are some of the best on the island. And the house is an architectural marvel

Words can barely describe how amazing this property is. Complete luxury in the most stunning location. The best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a rental and beautiful furniture and art. Ben was always available and accommodating during our entire stay. We can’t wait to come back to Rock Villa!

It was a fantastically beautiful place, the most beautiful we've had in Mallorca so far. The house is very special, super nicely decorated, with a fantastic view over Pollensa and a heated pool. The house is equipped with all the household appliances you need and you can spend a wonderful time there. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!! Translated from German Show original

The location was absolutely breathtaking and it really is as beautiful as the pictures show. The house was pretty nice too, it was very clean and it had everything you could expect. The host was very friendly and quick at responding to any requests. Only negative to mention, is that the house is showing signs of living a hard life. But the overall assessment is that it was worth the money and that we could see ourselves coming back at some point. .

Stunning home with gorgeous views of the towns and the ocean beyond. The garage is an incredible feat of design and engineering. Elevator from garage takes you to all three levels (mezzanine, kitchen/living room, bedrooms). Kitchen is very well-equipped with high-quality appliances, dishes, and tools, including quality knives. Nice outdoor grill and seating area perfect for dinners at home. 10-15 minute drives to the charming towngorgeous beaches. Beautiful modern furniture and comfortable beds with high-quality linens. Gorgeous pool. Huge plush pool/beach towels provided. 3 bedrooms are upstairs with en suite bathrooms - master has a shower and tub, second bedroom has a shower and third bedroom has a tub with a hand shower diverter. Downstairs bedroom with twin bunk bed is adjacent to bathroom with shower. Private location - we could only see the tops of two other houses off of the street below, and never saw other people. Beautiful sunrises. We didn't want to leave.

A very nice house

Overall the Rock Villa is a very nice house with great views and plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped and outside eating area and pool is very nice. Air conditioning works well. However one major issue are the showers that leak which is a shame as the floors are parquet so the floors get quite wet and stained. Mosquito plug-in repellent would be a great addition as there are a lot of mosquitos at sundown and it's difficult to keep doors closed all the time if barbecuing and dining outdoors.
