Adults can unwind on premium loungers, seamlessly transitioning to alfresco dining in the stylish outdoor shaded dining area, equipped with a fully outfitted kitchen (Large Fridge, Oven, Sink, Smart 50’ TV) and a state-of-the-art gas BBQ, ideal for savoring culinary delights against a backdrop of captivating sunset skies. Additionally, the villa features on-site parking for two vehicles, an outdoor WC and a signature outdoor sauna on the first-floor balcony. Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week • Pool and garden cleaning once per week • Two Baby cots, Two High chairs &, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups are available upon request.

There is secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for two cars • The property is well-equipped with: 2 x Fridge with freezer, 2 x Electric stove with oven, Nespresso Machine (original capsules), Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Washing & Drying Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector. A PS5 is also available.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
