Regarding your comments, we would like to clarify that the apartment is prepared with towels and bed linen according to the number of registered guests, and replacements are not included during the stay. This is not a hotel service, and for longer stays, we recommend guests make use of the washing machine available in the unit. The same applies to supplies like toilet paper, dish soap, and cleaning tools, which are provided in an estimated amount as a courtesy, not for full replenishment throughout the stay. As for the coffee and tea, these are offered when possible as a welcome detail, but they are not guaranteed in the listing. Dish towels are also provided when included in the inventory of that specific unit. Our communication system is automated for efficiency, but there is always a team behind it ready to assist.
