Nice house with a decent space and parking..only downfall was not having dryer other than that everything was brilliant. Will definitely stay here again if ever i travel back

The host experience was excellent, they were very helpful and we have no issue with the management company. When we arrived after travelling 12hrs with 2 small children and a baby the house had no heating or hot water on. We arrived at 10.30pm, the floors were all sticky and the smell of urine when we opened the front door was shocking and we didn’t expect that!We had to wash the floors so the children could play safely. Again not what we expected. The double bed had no mattress or pillow protectorsand was badly stained what looked like urine. The single bed in single room had a pile of hair laying on the bed from I’mAssuming a hairbrush or floor. We appreciate that most of the clients that rent the property will be workers and not families but everyone deserves to have a clean property and clean bed to sleep in. The property needs some maintenance work doing eg the ceilings are mouldy in the bathroom.
