Great home away from home

Comfortable. Lots of really good pillows and duvets. Just was able to accommodate early check in and late check out. Very fast at responding also

Avoid, multiple long standing maintenance issues. Bathroom mouldy and a disgrace. Cleaning issues.

Nothing. Complained formally and sent video and pictures but to date just ignored!

Thank you for your feedback. We can confirm that your videos were received and the cleaner was sent back to the property to address the concerns raised. At that stage, we acted promptly to resolve the issues. We take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously, and all properties are professionally cleaned and checked before each stay. Where anything is brought to our attention, we respond and put it right as quickly as possible, as we did in this instance. Given that access was provided for the cleaner to return and resolve the issues, it’s disappointing to see this being described as ignored.
