Great location, comfortable beds, including the sofabed. Bathroom was a bit smelly in that city kind of way, where the sewage smell comes back up thru the sink, but the flat was perfectly clean. Lounge could do with a low-light option (only a bright overhead light) and bathroom mirror could do with a brighter light (obviously not checked by someone who puts makeup on in the morning) and a larger mirror somewhere in the flat would be an improvement. But overall, great.

My two daughters and I had a lovely stay at the apartment. It is clean, light and not too noisy (I wear earplugs at night anyway). The curtains were good at keeping the room dark. There are two floor-standing fans, so we were cool enough at night. The sofabed is pretty comfortable, and my daughters had no complaints about the double bed. The kitchen was well equipped (tea and coffee, olive oil, shower gel), and there were enough towels for our stay, although the teatowel was rubbish for drying up: non-absorbent. Great location! We had a problem getting the wifi to work, but I had a rapid response to my request, and it was fixed by the next morning. There are a couple of things we think could be improved: A long mirror would be useful. The only mirror is the one in the bathroom, which is at head height so you cannot see your outfit. Also there is insufficient light on the bathroom mirror for doing makeup. A drying rack by the kitchen sink would be useful - we only had a few things to wash up because we were mostly eating out, so it wasn't worth putting the dishwasher on. Some low lighting in the lounge area would be nice, because there is only a bright overhead light (and the kitchen light, which is too dim to count as low lighting for the lounge). There are four stools, two stacked on top of two others, but we couldn't separate them. So effectively there were only two stools, not four, which was significant because there is no dining table, you eat at the breakfast bar. There was no facility for recycling, like a second bin for recycling stuff. Not sure what is normal in Paris, but I like to recycle when I can, and this was not provided for. The bathroom is tiny, so would not be easy for a large person, although it was fine for us. However, it was pretty smelly in there: presumably the smell of sewage coming back up through the sink. Not sure if anything can be done about that in a big city, although I imagine there might be! There is a bathroom fan, so it wasn't unbearable.

Die Bilder sind Jahre alt, fast alles ist Billig oder Kaputt, die Unterkunft war das allerletzte, das Bett ist viel zu klein und durchgelegen, ich mußte auf Sofa schlafen welches sehr verschmutzt war, Klamotten auf Boden weil die Garderobe zerbrochen da stand, Küche dreckig und Geschirrspüler kaputt, zu wenig Geschirr und Mülltüten gab es nicht. Wir mußten also alles kaufen, durch die falschen Bilder grenzt das an Betrug !!!

Anderes, billiges Bett als abgebildet ( nur 1,80m lang und durchgelegene Matratzen, ich bin 1,86m :-( ) , verdrecktes Sofa, Geschirrspüler kaputt, keine Müllbeutel, kaum Geschirr, zerbrochen Garderobe, kein Schrank - Klamotten mußten wir auf den Boden legen. Die Bilder sind wahrscheinlich viele Jahre alt, nicht empfehlenswert zu diesem Preis. Grenzt an Betrug.

Nous sommes arrivés 20 min après l’heure d‘entrée normale (26h) dans l’appartement . Il n’était pas prêt et nous avons du attendre 17 heure. Une odeur pestilentielle se dégage de la salle de bain ( remontée d’égouts)Le fenêtre ne ferme pas correctement et laissent passer le froid et le bruit. Les télévisions ne fonctionnent pas et nous n’avons reçu aucune aide de la part des loueurs malgré nos appels et nos SMS. Il nous ont appelé lorsque nous avons débranché la box dans l’appartement car elle fournit internet à tout l’immeuble LOL!! Mais ils n’ont pas résolu nos problèmes. Sur cette location on ne sait pas à sui s’adresser Propriétaire ou loueur ou organisme qui gère l’immeuble. C’est très flou et personne ne vous répond. Dommage car la situation géographique est très bien pour visiter Paris et il y a plusieurs commerces sympathiques autour.
