Quiet studio in the Marais, less than 2 minutes from the “Temple” and “République” metro stations.

“Notre Dame de Nazareth” street is a very small, quiet street, with bars and restaurants.

2 fans are available to you if necessary.

Local shops (grocery stores, bakeries, Monoprix, etc.) are less than 3 minutes walk from the apartment:
Rue du Vertbois
Temple Street
Brittany Street

This studio is ideal for a single or a couple.
It is composed as follows: on the 1st floor of a quiet condominium, with a view of the interior courtyard of the building (no view of the street).
The entrance is directly through the main room with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen open to the American style, a bedroom area with a “Queen-Size” bed and an Italian-style shower room and a W.C. The photos speak for themselves -themselves.

Rue du Temple and Rue de Bretagne are the streets of this district where Parisians do their shopping.

We do not accept arrivals on December 25th and January 1st.

Nice and cozy apartment in great location near multiple metros and many good bistros. Can also walk to louvre. The place is also quiet and well equipped. We had a wonderful stay!

Quiet street with ample restaurants and shops nearby. The Host is very prompt and attentive to your needs. The kitchen has everything needed for occasional meals at home. The wifi and streaming television service was everything I needed to feel right at home.

Lovely apartment, small but just what we needed. It was well appointed. Close to multiple Metro stations, the Monoprix, restaurants and bars included a micro brewery a few steps away. The host was warm, welcoming, and informative. Would stay here again!

A gentrifying area that had lots of shops, restaurants, metro stops nearby. Quiet street. The studio was small but had all you needed for a short stay. Comfortable bed, good shower, plenty of hot water. Alex, who met us to check in was extremely helpful.

Perfect place near the city center

Small but efficient place with all essentials covered. The location is central to metro and near the Arts-et-Métiers zone. Quiet for sleeping and comfortable bed. Recommended!

This was a very nice place for our two-night stay. Although the flat is small, it had everything needed so we could enjoy Paris as tourists. The room is private and quiet and out host greeted us warmly and provided a thorough briefing. On the second night, for whatever reason, we could not connect to the Internet via WiFi but within two minutes of sending the host a message, he got right back to us providing a technique to turn off the router and giving it a minute to reset. And presto, we were back online again with high speed connectivity which allowed us to watch television on the iPad. Very short walk to two separate subway lines and also a nice wine shop across the street 50 meters down and life was good!

The Force is with you!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this super cute studio. It exceeded our expectations in every way; cleanliness, amenities, comfort, safety, and style. The location was perfect for our 5 day stay in Paris. We only used the metro a few times, once for our trip to Versailles, and once to Pere Laschaise cemetery. We walked every where else. Check in was a breeze and Jean- Pierre was super sweet and helpful. During our stay a hairdryer broke down and he promptly replaced it. If you’re looking for a twee pad in Paris, look no further. I’d wouldn’t hesitate to book with Jean- Pierre & Fabrice in the future. 5 star (wars)!

Small yet functional!

We really enjoyed our stay, our host was excellent. The first day we had trouble with the washing machine, I contacted our host and he was able to come over and fix the issue. My husband was unwell which is scary in a foreign country, again I reached out for advice, the response was immediate with a Doctors name and contact number. The appartments had everything we needed, perfect location. They even had a few of the essentials like washing liquid, salt, pepper, tea, coffee. We found the bed comfortable. The lift was a god send with the luggage and for my husband who struggles with stairs. My only advice for improvement would be some bottled water and some milk.

Perfect

Fabrice communicates well and is a friendly host. Great location. Easy access (two metro stops) to Gare du Nord - Eurostar and RER to CDG. Easy walk to everything La Marais has to offer. There is a Monoprix very close for groceries and wine. The apartment is compact and good for two people. The bed is comfortable. Lots of hot water and good water pressure for the shower. The windows face an inner courtyard so no street noise. There is no AC but two good fans are provided. There is a modern elevator. And a washer/dryer. Google the brand to get instructions. No soap in slot A !! We would stay again.

This is an absolute gem! It is situated in a building with an inner courtyard. It is extremely quiet with a very comfortable bed. We were met by our host and had a run through of the property. Klein, sauber, praktisch

Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles was wir brauchten; sogar ein Uno Spiel. Wir konnten direkt von der Gare de l‘Est hinlaufen. Supermarkt und boulangerie sind gleich um die Ecke und Centre Pompidou, die Seine und viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
