Our stay was fantastic - the property is very new with lots of nice amenities. The pool was a big plus as well and Vasilis was very accommodating with refreshments and input on what to do nearby. The villa was very comfortable and a nice place to relax outside of the city.

Excellent …

… location, extremely nice and helpful host. Apartment is equipped with everything we needed and even cooking for 9 was easily doable. We loved it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable stay in Crete, thanks to a wonderful host!

From the moment we arrived, we felt like honored guests. Vasilis welcomed us with genuine warmth and a smile, and he took the time to share everything we needed to know about the area: the best restaurants, the places worth visiting, and plenty of local tips that made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. It's rare to find a host who is so generous with his time and so clearly passionate about making people feel at home. The villa itself is simply fantastic. We were seven people (three couples and one young traveler), and it worked perfectly for all of us. Everyone had their own private space to relax and recharge, yet the shared areas brought us together beautifully. We spent unforgettable evenings around the living room, cooking in the spacious kitchen, grilling at the BBQ, and, of course, enjoying the gorgeous pool. It was the ideal balance of privacy and togetherness, and those moments will stay with us for a long time. And a special mention for Vasilis's restaurant: the pizza is absolutely amazing, some of the best we've ever had! Don't miss it if you stay here. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We left relaxed, happy, and already hoping to return. Vasilis, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and hospitality. You and your villa deserve every one of these five stars and more! Highly, highly recommended for families and groups of friends. ‍️ It was perfect!

Our visit and villa experience was fantastic. Our host met us at checkin with pizza, snacks, water and Coke. A full tour of the villa and property was very helpful. The house and all of the linens were clean. The villa has something for everyone including numerous spaces to quietly relax and enjoy the view. The location is within a few minutes drive to supermarkets and dining and about 10 minutes to the beach and strip of shops and restaurants of Rethymno. Parking near the beach is challenging, but follow the creativity of others and a parking spot emerges. A couple of things to be prepared for:No toilet tissue to be flushed. It has to be disposed of in a trash can. A little gross, but this is the way all over Greece. The villa has many neighbors who all have roosters or dogs or both and they create a lot of noise. No fault to our host, but just be prepared to keep the windows closed with the AC on to get a good night sleep.The road the villa is on is busy with different tours heading up the mountain. Not an issue. Highly suggest doing a buggy or ATV or jeep tour. Great way to see the surrounding area.We loved our stay!

About the parking space, yes, it can be tricky sometimes to find a suitable spot, but the location is truly worth all the effort!! Regarding the neighbours that truly can be loud sometimes, summer in Greece can be full of joy and energy, but we sincerely trust you live in that way- the local charm!! The thing of the greatest value mentioned is the hospitality provided by the owner- this welcome-home feeling that you describe so vividly!! The owner makes a great effort in order to support and greet properly all of his guests, and such praise clearly shows it is his best price provided!! Very fresh and spacious. The host was very attentive and had filled the fridge with breakfast goods and had ordered pizza for us at our arrival in the evening. Very thoughtful! We couldn’t find a cutting board in the kitchen, and he delivered that for us promptly. There were ripe fruits on the trees in the garden. The pool was lovely. Ear plugs are recommended on windy nights. Also the neighbours dogs and roosters are a bit noisy during the night and early morning.
