Villa Alexandrosは、1885年に建てられた完全に修復された美しい石造りの建物です。 それはレティムノの町からわずか18キロ、Skouloufiaの美しい村に位置しています。 ヴィラ全体は220㎡で、12人まで収容できます。 ヴィラの正面には、30㎡のプライベートプール付きの舗装されたパティオエリアがあり、子供用プールもあります。 6ベッドルーム、4フルバスルーム、シンプルなトイレがあります。

2つのスプリットレベルのファミリーベッドルームもあります。1つは下層階にダブルベッドとシャワー/トイレ付き、もう1つは上層階にツインベッド付きで、木製の階段からアクセスできます。 1階のシッティングエリアから、木製の階段が1階に通じています。そこには、ダブルベッドと専用シャワー/トイレ付きのベッドルームがあります。 ファミリールームと専用ベッドルームの両方から、広々とした35㎡のパティオに通じています。 全てのベッドルームは個別にエアコン完備です。 ヴィラの全エリアはWifi高速インターネットアクセスで覆われています。

Skouloufia村には2つの伝統的な居酒屋、伝統的なkafenion、��ニマーケットがあります。 最寄りのスーパーマーケット、そしてStavromenosの砂浜のビーチまで約8kmです。 最も国際的に重要な発掘調査や考古���博物館の1つであるElefthernaの古代の村の遺跡（4 km）は必見です。 改装された建物や美術館があるアルカディの有名な修道院（8km）もお勧めです。 車は不可欠で、ヴィラには無料駐車場があります。

Lovely accomodation in a cozy village. Really great service from the host, who welcomed us upon arrival. By arrangement he had delivered pizza to the whole family and it was super nice when we arrived late. Had good contact with the host several times, who fixed minor challenges. Howevre, there is no minimarket or tavern ind the village.

Der Gastgeber war durchweg zuvorkommend und hat uns sogar zum Empfang einen ersten kleinen Einkauf spendiert. Um jedes Anliegen kümmerte er sich direkt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Umgebung ruhig. Ohne Auto geht es nicht. Wenn man die abgelegene Lage jedoch mag, können wir das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Prachtige tijd in Skouloufia

Fantastische woning, met een geweldige service. Eigenaar was top, alles was meer dan in orde. We zijn 's avonds laat toegekomen in de villa en er stonden pizza's klaar, er was ook een hele resem aan eetwaren aanwezig zodat we zelfs de volgende ochtend alles hadden voor een lekker ontbijt. Ook de cleaning service was op en top in orde. Er werd aan al onze wensen voldoen. Zeker een villa die op alle vlakken uitstekend is.

Great House

Wonderful house - great outside areas. Nice village, very small but has both terverna and playground. The mountains and near by other villlages are nice to visit. Perfect place to stay if you want to relax and make small trips. Beach in near by big town is also fine 👍

Amazing beautiful villa with stunning views pictures do not do it justice, very relaxing time among the locals from the village , very clean and tidy cupboards full of spices and fridge was full when we arrived late at night , plus two pizzas waiting ...host was very nice and friendly and was always there if we needed him , highly recommended Absolutely nothing it was all amazing ... oh just one thing get the cockerel to wake up a little later 🤣

We were made welcome as soon as we arrived. A food “basket” was waiting upon our arrival which was plenty for the 8 of us until we could go shopping the next day. The property was very spacious and clean. Helen the cleaner came in every 2/3 days to clean the Villa, change beds and towels. We had a fantastic stay and was made to feel welcome from the owner as soon as we arrived. Such a beautiful island with lots to see. Would definitely go back.
