This delightful apartment is located at the gates of Chianti, in a strategic position, just over half an hour from Florence, Siena and Arezzo. Ideal for food and wine and cultural tours between the Tuscan hills and the famous villages.

It is 3 km from the Valdarno motorway and 10 minutes on foot from the train station from which you can reach the center of Florence in 35 minutes and the center of Arezzo in half an hour. With the Bus you can easily get to Siena and the Santa Maria della Gruccia hospital.

The Chianti road starts from Montevarchi towards Gaiole, Radda, Greve etc. Just over half an hour away you will find Rapolano with its magnificent baths and just 2 km away is the Prada outlet.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a nice renovated period building. It is in a residential and quiet area but a step away from the center and all services.

Tastefully and carefully furnished, it consists of a kitchen-living room, a large double bedroom, a bedroom-study and a windowed bathroom with shower. The double bedroom is very large and the bedroom has a single bed that can be split into a double bed with the same size as a regular bed. The bedroom is accessed from the double bedroom through an entrance without a door.

It is very bright and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking on the street right under the building.
