A cosy small two bedroom apartment in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood on exquisite via Merulana. The Colosseo is a few steps away. Situated in the middle of Roma Antica It becomes ideally located to explore historical Rome during a short visit in the Eternal City. In fact, you probably will be doing everything on foot even though you have 3 lines of the metropolitan and numerous busses in the neighborhood . The area, Rione Monti/ Esquilino Is famous for it's good restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks, shops .... which will make your stay all too easy. Even Termini the train station is within walking distance.
The Space- two big clean rooms well bathed by the sun. The entrance hosts s small kitchen for some light cooking, and a kitchen table.
Your rooms backs out into a small balcony for a sig or enjoying a glass of wine after a long day's walk.

We had a wonderful stay at this Rome apartment. The two bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and the kitchen—though we didn’t prepare meals—was very well equipped. The small balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee before heading out to explore the city. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the train station and metro—making it very easy to get around. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, offering great suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. The apartment was clean and well maintained. A great choice for a stay in Rome!

Hello NadenThank you for being so kind to my nephew. Below you will see the review I have written for our visit. If you like it I will post it to VRBO.When my wife and I decided to visit Rome we wanted the real deal, not a gentrified version built to look good for Instagram. We wanted an apartment that true Romans call home. We found this apartment and it delivered. It was comfortable, came with everything you may need and best of all it came with soul! A magical feeling comes with living in these older buildings, I’t made us feel that we were not just visiting. It made us feel as if we were living in Rome. That is exactly what we were looking for. And the hospitality was second to none. Created at the building entrance with a great smile, Naden led us to our apartment, treated us with fruit and yogurts, choices of coffee and great info on where to go for great pastries and meals.Did I mention we were in walking distance to the Colosseum? 10 - 15 minutes max. No need for a car, scooter, Vespa, Uber, nada you are close to everything. And its is about a 15 minute walk to the train station. Win,Win! When we return we will be seeking out this apartment again.
