Situated within the 5-star Boa Vista Resort which includes 2 restaurants. Guests also have the option to access the resort’s indoor heated pool and spa facilities for a truly luxurious experience on a “pay as you use” basis. Only 5 minutes from Lagos old town restaurants, bars and stunning beaches, the location is close to everything one wants while being a quiet haven for relaxation.

Featuring full A/C throughout, unlimited fiber Wi-Fi, a large private pool and breathtaking views of the bay of Lagos, this 6 bedroom, 600 SQM property on 1500 sqm, is licensed to comfortably sleep 12 guests + 2 overflow, 14 in total. The tastefully furnished interior boasts modern high-end décor with charm.

The main villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have ensuite plus a service toilet off the kitchen. The lower ground floor has 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchenette, lounge, games room and gym. This is connected through an internal stairwell but can be separated if requested.

The Villa boasts an open-plan kitchen, equipped with appliances, including a large Gas Rangemaster oven, American Fridge/Freezer with Ice machine, Dishwasher, and a separate Laundry Room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The spacious dining area leads to a large lounge with leather sofas, a flat-screen TV, (Netflix) and sliding doors opening to the swimming pool and terrace. A study/office with 2 desks overlooks the terrace and pool area, providing a serene workspace with a view. Off the master bedroom on the top floor is a huge private terrace with endless mountain to sea views.

Entertainment abounds with the covered, outdoor dining area incorporating 12 chairs, a soft seating area, bar with stools, Gas BBQ, and drinks fridge. The 8m x 5m pool has multi-color LED lighting and can be heated for an additional cost. New for 2025 the swimming pool has had a full renovation and now includes 2 Baja platforms, kids area and swim up bar with under water stools.

Children can enjoy the secure and private Astroturf Basketball Court/Football Pitch on the lower part of the villa.
