3. Upstairs, residents will find two double bedrooms and two twin rooms, complemented by a large family bathroom.
4. The house includes free parking for one vehicle in the driveway, with additional parking available on Mansion Road and free parking on Queenstown Road from 6 PM to 8 AM.
