Awesome location, many good cafes and restaurants on your doorstop. Great walking distance access to the Louvre and Notre Dame among other sites. Excellent space for central Paris, felt roomy and well suited for a family of 4.

Location was good, but the condition wasn’t superb. Surfaces, floors and counters, are peeling up. The elevator door malfunctioned repeatedly required we exit on a different floor and the apartment had to be aired out upon arrival due to a strong solvent smell. And very few windows opened so this was tough. Convenient location but the ikea materials used in the renovation are showing their age.
