Bright apartment located on the first floor of a small building. Internally it consists of an entrance to a large well-equipped kitchen with a 4-burner stove, and a dining area with a sofa and TV. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double and a small bedroom with a French sofa bed (perfect for an adult or two children). Bathroom with shower and bidet.

Important Notes:
- groups of Young People under 21 are not allowed

- deposit (mandatory): € 200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at the office in Portoferraio or via self check-in if possible.
