This cozy home can accommodate 4 people and is equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable stay, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa, a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom with a hydromassage shower, and a small laundry room with a washing machine. You’ll also enjoy modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a 60-inch smart TV. Located in an annex within a private property, the home offers secure parking and a private entrance to ensure privacy and security, and it’s entirely at your disposal. The exterior entrance is shared and includes a main gate for the complex and a second gate to access the property, while the entrance to the annex is, of course, private. The annex is located across from the main house, so the outdoor passageways are shared. Privacy is guaranteed to ensure you enjoy a peaceful and tranquil stay. But the real gems of this home are found outdoors. Enjoy moments of pure relaxation in the pool with a waterfall and hot-water shower (for your exclusive use), along with a barbecue for delicious outdoor grilling. Unwind on comfortable lounge chairs under a beach umbrella, or enjoy a meal outdoors on our patio, surrounded by the tranquility and beauty of the surrounding nature with panoramic views.
Our property can only issue non-tax receipts since we only offer short-term stays. In fact, Italian law stipulates that, in the case of short-term tourist rentals governed by Decree-Law No. 50/2017, there is no obligation to register for a VAT number; therefore, we are not required to register with the Italian Revenue Agency or issue invoices. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM (unless otherwise agreed upon in advance). The price is per night (meals are not included).
The surrounding area offers an oasis of peace and tranquility, allowing you to escape the stress of everyday life. Explore the surroundings by strolling through the picturesque natural landscapes or visiting the charming nearby villages. There are numerous points of interest just a short distance away. Discover the Sicilia in Miniatura Museum, the Valle del Bove, the Beekeeper’s House Museum, the Falcone and Borsellino Amphitheater, and the Zafferana Etnea Planetarium. You can also explore Mount Etna on exciting excursions or visit the beautiful nearby cities such as Acireale, Catania, and Taormina with its Ancient Theater. You can do this on your own or, upon request, take advantage of transportation options and guided tours to further enrich your experience. Zafferana Etnea is certainly a great starting point for excursions on Mount Etna and is also just a few kilometers from tourist destinations such as Taormina, the Riviera dei Ciclopi, and the Alcantara Gorges. The beach is just a 15-minute drive away. Since we’re located in the Etna region, the main beaches aren’t within walking distance, but we offer a transportation service upon request.
