Die Villa Tramontalba ist für uns das perfekte Urlaubsrefugium in der Toskana. Wir (eine 4-köpfige Familie und ein Retriever) haben in den vergangenen Jahren diverse schöne Anwesen in der Toskana bereist. Tramontalba war/ist das Erste, das uns alle rundum zufrieden gestellt hat. Ein tolles Haus in exponierter Hügellage mit Blick über das Tal bis zum Meer. Ein großer Pool direkt am Haus. Ausreichend Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten am und im Haus, auch für größere Familien. Schöne klimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit hochwertigen Matratzen, moderne Badezimmer, ein Wohnraum mit bequemen Couches und einem Fernseher, der mit allen bekannten Streaminganbietern direkt verbunden werden kann und - für uns das Wichtigste - eine Küchenausstattung, die keine Wünsche unerfüllt ließ. Der wunderschöne kleine Ort Montescudaio mit seinen Restaurants und Cafés und seinen unglaublich netten Bewohnern rundete das Gesamtpaket ab. Eine Kleinigkeit möchte ich ebenfalls nicht unerwähnt lassen. Unsere bisherigen Erfahrungen - je hochwertiger das Anwesen, desto beschwerlicher die Anfahrt auf den letzten 100-300m bis zum Haus, löste sich hier in Wohlgefallen auf. Eine stressfreie ebene Anfahrt bis vor das Haus! Perfekt! Danke! Wir kommen sicher wieder!!!

Scott and Monika own Villa Tramontalba. We are from the UK and Poland, respectively, but moved to Tuscany a few years ago to live La Dolce Vita. We love hosting guests and sharing our little piece of Tuscan heaven.

We are located just 3 minutes on foot to the centre of beautiful Montescudaio, one of Italy's prettiest villages, so have all the amenities on our doorstep - great restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, bank, post office etc etc. We are just 15 minutes from the sea, and yet in the glorious Tuscan hills. We are centrally located to all of the best Tuscan destinations, so a great base for anyone looking to explore the best of Tuscany. The world famous Bolgheri wine region is a short drive away which means we are in wine heaven here. From visiting the classic Tuscan destinations such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca etc to discovering local gems such as Volterra, Bolgheri, San Vincenzo, Baratti / Popolonia, there is always something special to do when staying at Villa Tramontalba. We love taking a day trip to Cinque Terre for a good hike in the summer and we can also often be seen in Rome as The Eternal City is just a 3h train ride away so is a great full-day destination when we occasionally crave Big City Life.

The villa itself, the infinity pool, the views, the views. Did we mention the views?
Villa Tramontalba is a luxury holiday finished to a high spec, and air-conditioned throughout. The house has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably host up to 10 guests, which isn't so common. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom which is a major benefit which our guests love. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for those meals in, and / or for the Private Chef you can hire to come and cook for you. The villa is just 3 minutes walk from the centre of beautiful Montescudaio, which is on the list of Italy's most beautiful villages - so no need for anyone to be driving to the local restaurant or bar. The infinity pool is spectacular, with panoramic views stretching across the Tuscan hills, all the way to the sea. It has to be seen to be believed. The huge, private gardens and olive grove give all guests plenty of space for relaxation. Tuscan heaven.
