Spectacular studio for 2 people located in Enric Granados street, on the left side of the Eixample.

The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a living / dining room with the bedroom and a small balcony overlooking a charming courtyard typical of the Eixample where you can have breakfast in the sun in the morning, or enjoy a drink at sunset.

It has internet connection, washing machine and air conditioning.

It is located in Enric Granados street, very pleasant for walking and in the center of Barcelona where you will find the best bars, restaurants and cafes.

Great location

Older unit but in good condition. Very nice neighbourhood, pleasant walk to transport connections to the rest of the city. Quiet, lift access.

Small but perfect for us!

We spent a full week in that appartment my wife and me. We were in Barcelona for a mix of business and leisure trip. The location was perfect as it was 5 minutes away from the office. Lots of restaurants and supermercats around. Just few steps away from Av Diagonal, the bus and tram. The place is small but we did not need more than this. Having a small balcony to enjoy time outside with the sun was amazing.There were a few points that were disapointing. We were there for 7 nights and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper given to us. Even in a hotel for 1 night you get 2. One of the bar stool was partly broken so we never used it. There was also a leak in the kitchen sink. The biggest downside was that the WiFi did not work the entire week. I reported it on the first morning and the only follow-up I got was when I wrote back to mention that it was not fixed. Having to use the data from our mobile phone was a bummer.Next time I come in Barcelona, chances are that I will consider this place again despite the minor downside. With WiFi it will be great!

Beaucoup de défauts dans l'appartement :- pour ouvrir et fermer les rideaux il faut les accrocher et décrocher soit même au plafond avec un escabeau à chaque fois.- porte de la salle de bain difficile à ouvrir et fermer- abat jour de lampe de chevet absent- propreté des draps médiocre - odeurs d'égouts régulières dans l'appartement -Ascensceur en panne (5 étages....)- tv en panne (telecomande hs)- mauvaise isolation sonore Il a fallu payer 25 en cash auprès de la personne qui nous accueillis, nous avons reçu cette information de la part de l'agence SH Barcelona que une heure avant d'arriver....
