Completely renovated apartment for 6 people located in the right Eixample.

The apartment has three double rooms, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped open kitchen and a bright living room.

It is equipped with a washing machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.

In the immediate vicinity, you will find all the necessary services such as supermarkets, a local market (Mercat de la Concepció 5 minutes away), bars and typical Barcelona restaurants.

In addition, it is a 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe, the Sagrada Familia and 20 minutes from Plaza Cataluña and La Rambla.

The closest metro stops are Girona (L4) that leads directly to the beaches of Barcelona and Verdaguer (L5) that allows you to get to Park Güell in less than 20 minutes.

Pretty good stay, but some things weren't mentioned in description

Location is great. Apartment is nice, but definitely looks different than the pictures. Some things were dirty, rusty, etc. You only get 1 key which became an issue. You also only get 1 roll of toilet paper. Check-in was weird because our agent was in a hurry but we were super early? Nothing special about this apartment but nothing horrible.

Barcelona

This apartment is the equivalent of a 2 star hotel. The price is really good so I guess you get what you pay for. While the pictures do somewhat represent the apartment layout, everything was much dingier than pictured. The couch was dirty and torn. There were small knats all near the kitchen sink. The walls were very banged up. The bathroom had scum build up and the wood on the bottom of the door was rotting. The beds were made up with two top sheets, no blankets. I am not a picky person, but I basically did not want to sit on the couch or spend any time in the apartment that I did not need to be there. The apartment is somewhat centrally located. The check-in process was also frustrating. Because we arrived on a weekend, they said there was a 30 euro fee to check in in person (I guess this was listed in the posting but I missed it). To avoid that fee we had to pick up the key from a lock box that was about 2 km away from the actual apartment. When we arrived the key was not in the box. It was before checkin time but they had also told us that we could check in early. I would only recommend staying here if you are looking for a good deal and you are okay with dingy places.

Key to Apartment Building did not work

The stay was colored by the fact the key to the Apartment building did not work. When I first arrived, someone was leaving the apartment building, so I did not have to use the key. When we left the building and attempted to recenter at 10 pm, the key would not work. Called the number given and explained the issues, and was told someone would get back to me, I called back half an hour later and was told the same thing. We ended up walking to a hotel and spending the night there. The next day called again and a new key was brought, and it did not really work. Finally at 4 pm, I received a new key that would open the apartment building door. I requested reimbursement for the hotel night and have not heard back. The place was great, however, based on how no one really seemed to care that I could not get into my apartment, and I guess I have to eat the hotel cost, I would not be risk spending time here again (just in case something goes wrong).

La cocina non funcionaba bien, y tollos implementados están en mal estado, se les sugirió cambio que nunca llegaron ni dieron respuesta alguna.Pero al momento de solicitar el dinero fue muy rápido y no fue de manera cordial.

Es war für uns genau die richtige Wahl, weil das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt, wenngleich das Bad bei voller Besetzung schon etwas eng wird und auch die Sauberkeit darin verbesserungsfähig ist. Die Kommunikation war etwas sperrig und die Schlüsselübergabe auch, aber das lag alles im Rahmen des Erträglichen.

Städtereise Barcelona

Die Wohnung war groß und zentral gelegen. Zu Fuß nur 15-20 Minuten ins Zentrum . Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben den Transfer vom Flughafen und zurück gebucht über den Vermieter. Hat gut funktioniert, Kommunikation mit den Fahrern per WhatsApp bzw. per Anruf. Es kam auch jemand pünktlich zur Schlüsselübergabe. Einzig die Kommunikation mit der Agentur im Vorfeld war anstrengend. Antwort auf Fragen , vor allem bezüglich der Zahlung und auch deren Bestätigung, kam erst am nächsten oder übernächsten Tag. Mal kam eine Mail, mal SMS und mal WhatsApp. Am Ende hat alles geklappt und es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.
