A spacious apartment with a great host in a nice neighborhood, very close to a metro station and Park Guell, lots of places to eat close by as well, highly recommended!

Spacious, as described, elevator to the rooms was helpful, fully stocked kitchen for when we wanted a quick breakfast before heading out! It is on a one way street so getting picked up and dropped off by taxis is an Olympic sport!!

The house was pretty just like in the photos, clean and spacious. The second double bed sometimes gave us some problems but overrall we slept normally. The bathroom was a bit small for 6 people but we manager to organize ourselves since the toilet and the shower are divided from the sink.

Beautiful place and very clean! Only downside was we couldn’t get the AC to work so we had to sleep with windows open. Luckily it wasn’t too hot yet.

Nice location

It was a great location, just a couple blocks for lunch or to grab a taxi. Happy there was an elevator. The apartment was nice & clean. We had a great time!

Great location for comfortable family stay in Barcelona

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens) was very comfortable in this well laid out and equipped apartment. Location was awesome, near metro, Park Guell, shops and dining. Highly recommended. Host was friendly and very helpful!

Stayed 2 nights during the hottest days in summer. The apartment was very clean. Friendly suggestion to provide soap and shampoo in the bathroom, and coffee/tea for short stays. We are used to that in US a it didn’t make sense for us to go shopping. AC wasn’t enough to cool the apartment but it was understandable when it was 40 * C outside. Apartment is in great location. Great communication with owner. Thank you!

Short stay

I got in Barcelona late and was gone by noon the next day. The host was kind and had someone there at the property to greet me and was very kind to show me around . The accommodations were nice, and the owner met me once I was to leave. This was a clean and spacious place to stay.

I highly recommand this property for families staying in Barcelone.

Very kind host! Although we couldn't communicate to tell her we're late, she waited for us almost for two hours. It is perfectly decorated and clean. All amenities are available. I highly recommand.

Nice apartment close to Parc Guell

We stayed in this apartment overnight before our trip home to the states. It was clean and comfortable and communication with the apartment manager was really good. It is located in a quieter neighborhood, close to high-end designer stores if that is what you are looking for. You were able to walk to the supermarket and carry our groceries home for a quiet evening meal. Good value and would consider again.

Perfect appartment in great environment, we highly recommend!

It was the best decision to book this appartment. For us, the place was just right. We were two adults (mother and daughter), one bedroom for each. Bathroom seems to be new, the house is clean and in a beautiful environment. Tram station is very near by, so it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to. The contact with Mariona was easy and pleasent. THANK YOU We can highly recommend the appartment!

Great stay

The unit es well equipped, we felt at home. Nice decor, clean and close to stores to buy groceries and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Mariona was superb in resolving a personal issue that happened at checkout. She was an Angel sent to me at a very stressful moment. Thank you Mariona. God Bless!

Convenient Gracia location

You are not in the hectic hub of Barcelona activity, which is a bonus to me. This is more of a neighborhood place, with everything you need within a block: bakery, meat and cheese market, a place to grab a beer. The apartment is comfortable! We had the space we needed, and there is a well equipped kitchen, clean and modern bathroom, cozy living space, and comfortable beds. Thank goodness for the air conditioner and the fans because it was WARM while we visited in early September. Everything you want to explore is accessible by metro or walking. I recommend this place.
