Facilities were clean. Arrived to find the lift was broken, not good for staying on the 4th floor. Advised customer service but they didn’t know about it or the second lift. Was told it would be sorted the next day, nope. Make sure you have the security payment paid before you arrive or you’re not getting in. THE WORST BED IN HISTORY, should be thrown out with the construction junk next door. Great location, but not good for parking or dropping luggage off.

Thank you for your feedback, Jim. We’re glad to hear that you found the facilities clean and appreciated the great location. However, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the broken lift. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially on the fourth floor. We are currently addressing the lift issue to ensure it is resolved promptly for future guests. Your comments about the bed are also noted, and we will be reviewing our furnishings to enhance the comfort of our guests. We hope to improve based on your experience and provide a better stay for our guests in the future. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.

We rented a unit on the fourth floor of the building. Had we been told that the elevator is non functional and we would have to carry heavy luggage up 89 steps, we probably would have chosen a different property.The bedroom carpet is widely stained by some kind of black material, perhaps ink or shoe polish. There are several scorch marks on the carpet where a guest has placed a hot iron. The iron is ruined.The ironing board is broken into several pieces.The beds are very comfortable.Location is convenient.Unfortunately there is construction next to the property that begins @ 0600 every morning except Sunday and is very noisy. That's not the owner's fault... but it could affect your stay.

Location was great. Could be a few more cookware/glasses etc in the kitchen. Apartment needs a little TLC. There is a building being constructed next door and they start work at 7 am so the noise starts early.

Perfect location and darling apt, but several essential items missing…like soap, shampoo, coffee, dish rag for counters, only about 6 paper towels. TV not functioning. I communicated with prop manager and expected these items to be delivered but instead she said she would speak with cleaners about it and they were never brought over. Glascow is a great city, we enjoyed it!
