THE AREA IN DETAIL | Costabella, East Marbella ⤵️
The location of this property is one of its main highlights, situated in Costabella, one of Marbella's most privileged areas. Within walking distance, you’ll find fabulous beach clubs such as Luuma Beach Restaurant, Bono Beach Marbella, and NOSSO Summer Club Marbella. On the second floor, you’ll find three of the four bedrooms, all bright and airy thanks to large windows and balconies. Two of the bedrooms have double beds (one also features a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a shower), while the third has a single bed. There is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub on this floor.
The third floor is reserved for the master bedroom, which includes a queen-sized bed, independent air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with stunning views of the El Arenal community pools and the sea at Costabella Beach, just a short walk away.
