The apartment in the Romana Playa area of Elviria features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests. It is located on the ground floor of a modern and charming residential complex situated right next to Elviria Beach.

The property is located in an ideal family-friendly area, where children can enjoy long days of swimming and sunbathing thanks to its close proximity to the beach. Elviria Beach, considered one of the finest beaches in Marbella, boasts fine golden sand and stretches over a long coastline, making it perfect for scenic sunset walks or morning runs.

The Elviria area offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and leisure options to suit all tastes and styles. It is also home to several renowned golf clubs, including Santa María Golf, Santa Clara Golf, and Greenlife Golf, making it an excellent destination for golf enthusiasts looking to enjoy a round during their holiday.

The building features an elevator, garden, Wi-Fi internet access, children's play area, communal swimming pool, unassigned parking, and television.
