Just 50 meters from the beach, this stylish 2-bedroom apartment in Marbella offers a bright and comfortable retreat for up to 4 guests. With 90 m² of living space, it’s ideally located near restaurants, shops, public transport, and a golf course—making it perfect for both relaxation and exploration.

Inside, the apartment features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with modern appliances, a spacious living area with TV, and air conditioning throughout. The private terrace invites outdoor lounging, while the communal pool and children’s area add family-friendly appeal. Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and open-air parking ensure a hassle-free stay.

Marbella’s charm lies just beyond your doorstep—from the golden sands and vibrant old town to upscale Puerto Banús and scenic golf courses. Whether you're strolling through historic streets or soaking up the sun, this apartment is a fantastic base for enjoying the best of the Costa del Sol.

If the owner requires a refundable security deposit, this will be communicated at check-in. The deposit can be up to 500.
