The property is equipped with air conditioning and central heating throughout, ensuring comfort year-round. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, TV, and a fan. Located in a charming suburb of Marbella, the apartment is just 200 meters from the popular Playa de Costabella beach and several nearby restaurants, such as Restaurante Luuma Beach and Restaurante Copacabana.
