Upstairs, the second bedroom also features two single beds and leads to a solarium and a private terrace. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, large wardrobes, and en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs. For added convenience and security, the property includes a safe for guest use.



The interior of the villa is thoughtfully designed to combine comfort and functionality. Guests can unwind in the cozy living room, which features a Smart TV, or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen integrated with the dining area. The private rectangular swimming pool, measuring 6 meters by 2.5 meters with a depth of 1.4 meters, is an inviting feature and can be heated upon request for an additional fee. The pool area also includes a stainless steel ladder for easy access and a poolside shower for convenience.

Guests are welcomed with a personal key handover service until 18:00, with late check-in available upon request. A welcome package with essential items is provided upon arrival, and fresh bread is delivered daily. For stays exceeding seven nights, the villa includes a full weekly cleaning service, complete with a change of bed linens and towels. Families traveling with young children can also request a complimentary cot and highchair for children under two years of age.



Pool heating is not included in the rental cost and can be arranged for an extra charge. Additionally, the villa allows one dog per stay for a pet fee of EUR 100. A refundable damage deposit of EUR 350 is required upon arrival, which will be returned after a thorough inspection of the property. Guests are encouraged to report any pre-existing damage at check-in to avoid any misunderstandings.



The villa is located in a residential area, and to ensure the comfort of all guests, parties, events, or any disruptive activities are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not permitted inside the property and is only allowed on open terraces or balconies, with care expected for furniture and grassy areas. Overcrowding beyond the agreed number of occupants is not permitted without prior authorization. Any breach of these conditions may result in the forfeiture of the damage deposit.
